1Personal Data We Collect (Data Minimisation)
Under our data minimisation principle, we collect and process only the specific categories of personal data strictly necessary to deliver free learning, provide Socratic AI coaching, and build your demonstrated Skill Profile:
- Account & Identity Data: Your name, email address, and system-assigned canonical user identifier. Used to maintain your student account and authenticate your sessions.
- Learning Activity & Curriculum Progress: Free course enrollment status, module completion records, study timestamps, and syllabus progression across course tracks.
- Practice Activity & Project Code: Interactive exercise submissions, architectural designs, and the 5 real-world capstone project implementations you create during hands-on learning.
- Course AI Coach (Generative AI Mastery Agent) Interactions: Questions, code snippets, and error tracebacks you submit to the embedded AI Coach for Socratic hints, debugging help, and learning guidance.
- Skill Challenge & Evaluation Data: Module 10 Final Skill Challenge code submissions and automated rubric scores that formulate your evidence-based Skill Profile.
- Technical & Session Telemetry: Session authentication tokens, request timestamps, and operational metadata required strictly for platform security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention.
2Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data strictly for 10 clearly defined, lawful purposes:
- To create, verify, and securely manage your AIFearFilter student account.
- To provide direct access to free courses and curriculum syllabus tracks.
- To record, synchronize, and display your learning progress across modules.
- To provide interactive practice environments and hands-on coding exercises.
- To deliver course-specific AI coaching, Socratic hints, and debugging assistance.
- To objectively evaluate practice projects and final challenge submissions.
- To build and maintain your demonstrated Skill Profile reflecting real capability.
- To connect your verified skills to future hiring opportunities, only upon your explicit choice and consent.
- To protect platform infrastructure, mitigate unauthorized misuse, and enforce access security.
- To maintain and improve the reliability and performance of learning tools where legally permitted.
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data or AI prompt interactions to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
3Course-Specific AI Coach Data Processing
When you use the Generative AI Mastery Agent, your prompts and code are processed according to strict pedagogical guidelines:
- Purpose Limitation: Prompts are processed strictly to generate explanations, Socratic hints, and guided debugging.
- Session Isolation: Conversations are isolated to your authenticated student session.
- No Unrelated Usage: Your learning queries are not repurposed for third-party marketing, public model benchmarking, or commercial profiling.
4Skill Profile & Company Hiring Choice
AIFearFilter is an AI-powered Skill-to-Job Platform. Our objective is to help learners bridge the degree-to-job gap by proving real engineering capability.
Your Skill Profile is constructed from verifiable code and project submissions. We do NOT automatically expose your personal contact details or Skill Profile to employers without your explicit affirmative action and consent. You maintain full control over when and how your verified profile is shared.
5Data Retention & Storage
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the educational purposes for which it was collected:
- Account & Learning Records: Retained during the lifetime of your active student account to preserve your learning history and skill verification.
- AI Coach Session Logs: Retained on rolling temporary windows to maintain multi-turn context during active study sessions.
- Security Logs: Retained for standard operational auditing to mitigate security threats.
6Right to Withdraw Consent
In accordance with the DPDP framework, you have the right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time:

Navigate to Profile → Privacy & Personal Data → click Withdraw Consent. Alternatively, you may email our Privacy Desk at support@aifearfilter.com with the subject “Consent Withdrawal Request”.
Effect of withdrawal: Consent-based processing will immediately stop on the server. Access to free course tracks, the course AI Coach, and skill evaluations will be restricted, while your base account credentials remain securely preserved.
7Children & Minors (DPDP Architecture)
AIFearFilter is designed for career learners, college students, and engineering professionals. We recognize that students under 18 years of age may access educational programs.
In alignment with the DPDP Act provisions, our architecture supports verifiable parental or legal guardian consent indicators for minor accounts. We do not engage in targeted advertising, behavioral tracking, or detrimental processing directed at minors.
